Shipping & Delivery Costs

We will deliver your “Filing Solution” Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product, handling and your location. Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days on receipt of full cleared payment. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

The payment must be paid in full and must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Australian customers, please note, that all prices listed are inclusive of GST.

Manage your own Office or its agent, will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Manage your own Office to be authorised to receive and sign for the order.

If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.

Goods lost in transit are the responsibilty of the service providing the delivery e.g Australia Post. You need to make a claim through Australia Post for undelivered, lost or damaged goods.

Customer Service Policy

Manage your own Office is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.

Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password

You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Manage your own Office in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Manage your own Office may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We are happy to give you a refund. However, if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision we will on receipt of the goods in unused and resalable condition refund your money. Return shipping costs are at your expense and should Manage Your Own Office not receive the goods a refund will not be issued. Tracing, tracking or trying to locate the goods you are returning is done at your cost and we take no responsibility for costs incurred by yourself.

Privacy Policy

Manage your own Office is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if you register) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Manage your own Office uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Manage your own Office only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to provide you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
